(excellent with fried eggs)

  • 1 Tin Corned beef
  • 1/3 Bottle Gray’s’s Spicy Sauce
  • 1 Small onion finely chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • Flour or bread crumbs for thickening
  • 3 -4 Dashes of Gray’s Hot Pepper Sauce (optional)


  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Next add flour or bread crumbs until mixture gets thick
  3. Use a table spoon to put portions of the mixture into hot frying oil
  4. Fry until brown on both sides
  5. Put in plate with a napkin to remove excess oil
