(excellent with fried eggs)
- 1 Tin Corned beef
- 1/3 Bottle Gray’s’s Spicy Sauce
- 1 Small onion finely chopped
- 2 Eggs
- Flour or bread crumbs for thickening
- 3 -4 Dashes of Gray’s Hot Pepper Sauce (optional)
PROCEDURE
- Mix all ingredients together
- Next add flour or bread crumbs until mixture gets thick
- Use a table spoon to put portions of the mixture into hot frying oil
- Fry until brown on both sides
- Put in plate with a napkin to remove excess oil
